Šį kartą apžvelgiame restoraną, kurį irgi stebėjome jau kuris laikas. Per kelis paskutinius vizitus priėjome išvadą, kad nerekomenduojame šio restorano.
Apibūdinus trumpai, maistas būna stabiliai padegęs (ypatingai užkandžiai), o aptarnavimui yra kur tobulėti.
Aptarnavimas
Kai buvome paskutinį kartą, mus pastebėjo greitai, meniu gavome laiku. Pavyko išsirinkti maistą, priimti užsakymą atėjo laiku.
Visgi, problema yra aptarnavimas po užsakymo. Prašėme atnešti kavą su antru patiekalu, tačiau nieko negavome, teko pavalgius priminti, kad negavome kavos, kadangi prie mūsų nebepriėjo atnešus maistą. Kartais pasitaiko darbuotojai, kurie apskritai neprieina ir nesiteirauja apie maistą ar desertą, ypatingai sėdint lauke. Taigi, tikrai yra kur tobulėti.
Kokybė
Maisto kokybė nėra labai gera. Iš užkandžių esame išbandę keptą duoną, kurią gavome visiškai sudegusią. Pabandėme dar kartą, ir gavome kiek geresnį rezultatą – ne visiškai sudegusią duoną. Užsisakius batatus prie antro patiekalo, juos irgi gavome apdegusius, o valgant akivaizdžiai jautėsi degėsių skonis, dėl ko pačio patiekalo skonio nebesijaučia. Tai yra labai negerai. Pagrindinio patiekalo apdegimas kiek mažiau jaučiamas. Maistas atrodo neatidirbtas bendrai, ir tai kartojasi kelis kartus iš eilės.
Nerekomenduojamas užkandis – kepta duona ar batarai.
Išvaizda, atmosfera
Aplinka nėra labai triukšminga, yra lauko terasa. Viduje sėdint triukšmas kyla nuo aplinkinių žmonių ir netoli esančios bendros prekybos centro erdvės. Tas mažiau jaučiama sėdint giliau. Sėdint išorėje yra ganėtinai tylu, visas triukšmas nebent nuo pravažiuojančių automobilių.

We’ve decided to review another restaurant that we have observed for quite some time, although reluctantly so due to poor experiences most of the time. Our current consensus is – not recommended.
In short, the food seems to be consistently burnt throughout our visits, while customer service leaves much to be desired for.
Customer Service
On our last visit, we were noticed relatively quickly, had the chance to receive the menu on time, choose our picks and place an order.
Sadly, the issues start piling up after the order is placed. On one of our visits we ordered coffee with the main dish, but the coffee never arrived – we had to remind the employees to bring us our coffee when they came to retrieve our dishes. As it turns out, the other issue is that we were never visited again after receiving our food, which is why we never got the chance to ask about our ordered coffee. During some of our visits we had the opportunity to be served by employees who do not approach you at all, do not inquire you about food or dessert, especially when sitting outside. As such, there is much to improve in this department.
Quality
Food quality is poor. Out of the dessert options, we first tested fried bread and it was a disaster since it was terribly burnt. We were so shocked, we had to give it a go another time as a test and we still got a similar result, albeit less burnt. Last visit we ordered sweet potatoes next to the main dish, which turned out to be burnt as well. The takeaway here is that you feel the burnt taste when eating, which completely ruins the taste of the food itself. The main dish is less burnt, which is a relief. However, food is quite evidently not well worked out, which seems to be a tendency over several visits that we had here.
Appetizers to avoid – fried bread and sweet potatoes.
Look and atmosphere
The environment isn’t very noisy, there is a terrace outside. The inside area’s noise is mostly caused by the nearby people and the general noise from the shopping mall, which is less felt if you are seated deeper inside. The outside terrace is relatively quiet, you can mostly hear noises of the passing vehicles as there is a road and a parking lot nearby.
