Dažnai apsilankome restoranuose, tačiau ne kiekvienas restoranas būna vertas apžvalgos. Stebėjome ir tikrinome šį restoraną kelis metus, nes nebuvome užtikrinti, kad galėtume jį rekomenduoti, tačiau po paskutinio nevykusio apsilankymo priėjome galutinį verdiktą.
Trumpai tariant, maistas geras, tačiau tokio prasto aptarnavimo reikėtų pasistengti paieškoti, kad palyginti, nes tai tiesiog baisu.
Aptarnavimas
Atvykus laukėme, kol mus pastebės. Po kiek laiko gavome meniu. Išsirinkome gėrimus, užkandžius ir pagrindinius patiekalus. Per ateinančias 30 min. prie mūsų niekas nepriėjo ir nepriėmė užsakymo. Prie šalia esančio staliuko papietavę klientai taip pat nesulaukė aptarnavimo norėdami užsisakyti deserto. Po daugiau nei 30 min. padavėja paėmė iš šalia esančių klientų likusius indus, tačiau prie mūsų neatėjo priimti užsakymo, nors dar vis laukėme. Šalia klientai taip pat nebuvo aptarnauti. Rezultate, turėjome išeiti.
Verta pastebėti, kad toks aptarnavimas kartojasi jau kurį laiką. Tai prasidėjo prieš daugmaž du metus. Darbuotojai keičiasi dažnai, nėra pastovumo, tai nėra ir aptarnavimo kokybės.
Kokybė
Maisto kokybė per pastaruosius 2 metus išliko nebloga. Esame išbandę kelias pastas iš raudonųjų, baltųjų ir žaliųjų, visos buvo pagamintos gerai.
Rekomenduojamas užkandis – batatai. Rekomenduojamas desertas – pistacijų tiramisu.
Galima pasidžiaugti tik virtuvės darbu. Iš visų apsilankymų, tik vieną kartą galėjome išreikšti nepasitenkinimą, kuomet gavome stipriai atvėsusį maistą.
Desertai pagaminti kokybiškai, atrodo solidžiai, pateikiami estetiškai.
Išvaizda, atmosfera
Aplinka yra sąlyginai triukšminga, priklausomai nuo sėdimos vietos. Viduje sėdint triukšmas sklinda tiek nuo kitų žmonių, tiek iš virtuvės. Sėdint išorėje, triukšmas sklinda tiek nuo ledo ritulio aikštės, tiek nuo pačio akropolio erdvių ir šalia esančių žmonių. Išorinė erdvė gana paprasta, viduje esti kiek daugiau dekoratyvinių detalių.
Paslėpti Receptai Review
We do frequent various restaurants, but not all of them deserve a review. We have been observing this particular restaurant for a couple of years, since we weren’t sure whether it was worth recommending. However, after our last disastrous visit, we have come to a conclusion.
To keep it short, the food is great, but it would be hard to find an equivalent to the poor customer service for comparison. It is a total disaster.
Customer Service
Upon arrival, we had to wait to be noticed. After receiving the menu, we decided on the main dishes, appetisers and drinks that we would like to order, which took us a couple of minutes at most. Over the next 30 minutes, we didn’t have a single waiter or waitress come by to receive our order. The nearby table, after having finished their main dishes, couldn’t order a dessert either as nobody was coming up to receive the requests. After over 30 minutes, the waitress came by to collect the other table’s dishes. Sadly, she didn’t come afterwards, despite working in this area. As such, due to not being able to even order, we simply had to leave so we could eat out at a different restaurant.
In addition, the tables weren’t being cleaned up for a prolonged period of time in comparison to what is normal, despite the low customer count at the time.
Quality
The food quality has remained mostly consistent over the last few years. We have tried a couple different types of pasta – red, white and green, which have been prepared well.
Recommended appetiser – sweet potatoes. Recommended dessert – pistachio tiramisu.
What can be complimented is the work of the chefs. Over the numerous visits, we had only a single time where the food was not up to standard and arrived cold.
Look and atmosphere
The environment is relatively noisy, depending on the area. On the inside, you may notice noise due to other people around you as it is more crowded as well as from the kitchen. On the other hand, the outside area can be noisy due to the open area that is connected directly to the hallway, so you will see and hear people talking as they walk past, as well as from the ice skating arena next to the tables depending on the time. Outside area is more simple in terms of aesthetics, the inside has more decorative elements and could be considered more cosy.
